Food Safety Allergen AlertFurther to FSAI food allergen alert notifications 2016.A62016.A6 (Update 1) and 2016.A6 (Update 2) Premia Health is updating its recall its products because they also contain soya and gluten which are not declared on the label.  This may make the implicated batches unsafe for consumers who are allergic to or intolerant of soya or gluten or their constituents.

Further to FSAI food allergen alert notification 2016.A6 (Update 1), Premia Health is extending its recall to include Protein Active Protein Shot and Protein Active Energy Shot, because they contain egg, which is not declared on the label.  This may make the implicated products unsafe for consumers who are allergic to or intolerant of egg or its constituents.

Infant Formula Withdrawal

Nutricia Medical Ireland Limited is recalling a batch of its Paediatric Seravit Unflavoured due to the possible presence of elevated levels of amino acids, minerals and fats. 

TESCO Withdrawal

Tesco Ireland is recalling batches of its Beef Ravioli, as they may potentially contain pieces of rubber. Tesco Ireland has issued point-of-sale notices requesting customers who have bought the implicated batches to return them to any of their stores.
