Infant Formula Withdrawal

Nutricia Medical Ireland Limited is recalling a batch of its Paediatric Seravit Unflavoured due to the possible presence of elevated levels of amino acids, minerals and fats.
This recall is being initiated as there could be a potential for adverse effects for certain patient groups. This is a prescription only product and is available from pharmacies and some hospitals.
A point-of-sale recall notice will be displayed in pharmacies that may have stocked the implicated batch.
