Please read all information carefully. Ensure that you are satisfied with content, venue and fee prior to making a booking. Please contact our office by telephone or email if you have any queries.
Early booking is recommended as training programmes fill up quickly. Priority will be given to those who have paid in full. Substitution of learner can be made at any time without penalty. We reserve the right to refuse admission to a course if payment has not been received prior to the start date or if the course is not suitable to you. If minimum numbers have not been met, then the course may be deferred or cancelled. Notification will be sent.
Where About Hygiene Ltd cancels a training programme and a future date does not suit, a full refund will be made. Unfortunately we cannot refund amounts paid for training programmes, where a learner fails to attend a training programme. However if you cannot attend a training programme we will do our best to accommodate you at a future date.
Payment is required to confirm a booking. You will be transferred securely to the PayPal portal. At no time is credit / debit card information stored on our server. Alternative methods of payment can be made by contacting the office.
Only relevant personal information is collected. Personal Information is held in a timely manner and transferred securely using Secure Sockets Layer Software (SSL). Where you have opted out of receiving information about our services/training, your personal contact information will be removed from our database. About Hygiene Ltd will not contact you again without your permission.
