The purpose of this 3.5 hour HACCP Food Safety & Hygiene training programme is to introduce and/or refresh existing staff in HACCP Food Safety and good hygiene practice required in your business.

This Food Safey Course may be used to refresh food handlers knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP and Food Hygiene.
Childcare Room Leaders/Assistants, Care Assistants in Nursing Homes, Waiting Staff should receive at minimum of a 3-hour food safety awareness course.
