Upcoming HACCP Food Safety Training Course - Dublin City Centre
The purpose of this 2 day training programme is designed to provide learners with a detailed knowledge of food safety and hygiene required to operate a HACCP Food Safety Management System.
Full Funding may be available subject to participant eligibility under the DSP Technical Employment Support Grant.

It is a legal requirement under Regulation (EC) 852:2004 Hygiene of Foodstuffs – “that food handlers are supervised and instructed and/or trained in food hygiene matters commensurate with their work activity”.
