Wholefoods Wholesale Ltd. is recalling Rainbow Organic, Organic Apricots Kernals Bitter as there are no directions for use provided on its label. Due to the potential acute and long term toxic effects associated with cyanide, the FSAI advises that consumption of apricot kernels should not exceed 1-2 per adult per day, as doses above this could cause an acute health risk.
