Meet the Team

About Hygiene Ltd was formed in 2004 to assist food businesses with a 'Practical Approach' to Food Hygiene and HACCP Food Safety Management and Training requirements.

Evelyn Cafferty and Fiona McLoughlin have worked in senior capacities for a number of food retail, catering, meat and livestock export businesses with responsibility for food safety, quality and training which facilitated the development of their people skills. 

Evelyn and Fiona provide training and mentoring in a diverse range of organisations. Their training style is learner focused.  

They are Food Science & Technology graduates (UCC), qualified Food Safety Lead Auditors (IRCA), and qualified Trainers (NUI, Maynooth & Failte Ireland).
