Welcome to about hygieneAbout Hygiene was formed in 2003 to assist Food businesses with their Hygiene Training Requirements. Both Evelyn Cafferty and Fiona McLoughlin are Licensed Food Hygiene Trainers with the Environmental Health Officers Association, National Hygiene Partnership and registered trainers with FAS / Enterprise Ireland. The company is included on the recognised list of Food Safety HACCP trainers for the Health Service Executive, Environmental Health Service, Dublin / North East Area. They are both members of the "Food Safety Professionals Association". Their background is in Food Science and Technology, University College Cork. |
